Enterprise.Systems is a static showcase site, operated from Israel, for a portfolio of autonomous AI systems. This page explains — honestly and in proportion — the little we collect, why, and the rights you have under the EU/UK GDPR and the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law.
What we collect
Almost nothing. Browsing this site sets no analytics, no advertising, and no cross-site tracking. Two functional preferences are stored in your own browser: your language choice (an es-locale cookie) and your light or dark theme (an es-theme value in localStorage). We collect an email address only if you choose to submit the pre-launch interest form, and the assistant chat processes the messages you type only while you are using it.
What we do not do
We do not run Google Analytics, Plausible, PostHog, advertising pixels, or any behavioural profiling. We set no marketing or tracking cookies, build no visitor profiles, and sell no data — there is nothing to opt out of because there is no tracking to begin with. For a site whose only job is to introduce a portfolio of systems, that minimalism is a deliberate privacy strength.
Lawful basis
Under GDPR Article 6, our functional storage (language and theme) rests on legitimate interest in remembering your preferences; submitting the interest form is your consent; and answering you in the assistant chat is legitimate interest in helping you find the right system. You can withdraw consent for the interest list at any time — see Your rights.
Who we share it with
Two sub-processors, and only when relevant. Cloudflare hosts the site and serves it at the edge, processing request metadata such as IP address to deliver pages and rate-limit abuse. Anthropic provides the language model behind the assistant chat and receives the messages you type there — only when you use the chat, under a no-training contract. PayPal, Google and other names appear on this site only as descriptions of the individual products, which carry their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
Your language and theme preferences stay in your browser until you clear them. Interest-form emails are kept until the product launches or you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. The assistant chat is not stored as a transcript; only short-lived, per-IP counters used to rate-limit abuse are held briefly and then expire.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law you may request access to, correction of, erasure of, restriction of, objection to, or portability of any personal data we hold about you — in practice, an interest-form email. Email legal@enterprise.systems and we will act within the statutory time limits. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in the EU your local Data Protection Authority, in Israel the Privacy Protection Authority.
Cookies and local storage
We use only strictly-functional storage: the es-locale cookie remembers your language, and the es-theme value in localStorage remembers your light or dark choice. Neither is used for tracking or advertising, so — consistent with the ePrivacy Directive exemption for strictly-necessary storage — this site shows no cookie-consent banner. You can clear both at any time in your browser settings.
Security in transit
All traffic to enterprise.systems is encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3, terminated at Cloudflare's edge. As a static site with almost no personal data and no user accounts, the attack surface is intentionally minimal.
Contact
The data controller is Enterprise.Systems (Dror Sherzer), Israel. For any privacy question, or to exercise a right, email legal@enterprise.systems. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact your supervisory authority as described above.
